RESIDENTIAL | Custom Single Family
Pismo Beach, CA
Tulare Residence
Overview:
This home celebrates the temperate climate of Pismo Beach by establishing indoor/outdoor fluidity and maximizing the scenic 180° views of the ocean and dunes. Working closely with our client to renovate their existing residence, we increased the square footage, opened the great room and kitchen to ocean views, and increased ceiling heights.
