Eddie
Herrera
Owner / Principal Architect
Eddie believes all projects have a story and an opportunity to inspire. As an alumnus of Cal Poly's College of Architecture and Environmental Design, it has brought Eddie great pride and joy to apply the "Learn by Doing" philosophy and the education he received as a student directly into his practice as a licensed architect and business owner.
Eddie meets every client where they are, takes time to understand their story, and focuses on the details to help orchestrate a successful project. He is passionate about architectural design and is focused on finding creative, enduring solutions that respond holistically to project constraints.
While his architectural passion resonates closer with single-family and multi-family residential and mixed-use commercial developments, Eddie feels that all projects have the potential to bring value to our Central Coast community.
He and his wife are co-owners of “Little Bit 805”, a small women’s boutique retail shop in the heart of downtown Atascadero. Eddie takes great pride in serving the community he lives in. In addition to helping to run their small boutique and practicing architecture, Eddie is a board of directors chamber member and affiliate with the Atascadero Chamber’s bridgeworks co-working offices. During his free time, Eddie enjoys spending time with his 4 dogs, hosting sip-n-shop events with his wife, and tackling DIY projects.
