Overview:
Nestled on the beautiful Central Coast, this project involves a major residential remodel and program expansion through sophisticated sitework and indoor living design. The California ranch resort is set on a charming avocado orchard and seamlessly curates the lifestyle experience of this majestic estate.
Proposed structures include a secondary residence, accessory dwelling unit, guesthouse, and covered carport. Additional site work and grading proposed a new access road, utilities, pool, spa, and variety of outdoor spaces.
